Britney is a seasoned attorney with a diverse legal background, representing a wide range of clients, including individuals, families, businesses, schools, and public housing authorities. Her expertise spans various practice areas, including real estate law, education law, appellate law, criminal defense, constitutional law, trusts and estates, and family law. Notably, Britney has successfully appeared before the Wyoming Supreme Court.
With a foundation as a former prosecutor, Britney has a genuine passion for the courtroom. She firmly believes that effective advocacy requires a trial lawyer who can grasp the bigger picture, navigate the courtroom confidently, and, when suitable, pursue collaborative resolutions. From the inception of a case, Britney meticulously assesses its strengths and weaknesses to develop a strategic game plan, guiding clients towards successful resolutions. Known for her compassionate advocacy, Britney genuinely cares about the well-being of the clients she represents.
Britney earned her undergraduate degrees in Philosophy (summa cum laude) with a minor in Women’s Studies from Hawaii Pacific University and Montana State University. During her undergraduate years, she excelled as a member of the Philosophy Debate Team, earning regional awards and competing at the national level. Britney also enriched her education by studying abroad at Christ University in Bangalore, India. Subsequently, she pursued her legal education at Vermont Law School, where she clerked for the Honorable Judge David B. Park, Seventh District Court of Natrona County. Britney also served as a student-intern for the Gerry Spence Trial Lawyer’s College, graduating as a Reptile.
Beyond her legal pursuits, Britney is fueled by wanderlust and has explored diverse cultures worldwide, visiting countries such as India, Malaysia, Laos, Vietnam, Thailand, Cambodia, Indonesia, Singapore, Mexico, El Salvador, Dominican Republic, and Belize. Outside the courtroom, she is an accomplished runner, achieving second place in the Grizzly Marathon.
